I’ve got my mind on Spirit and Spirit on my mind.

I understand that there is an intricate web of life connecting me to All things seen and unseen.

I know that what I think, say and do matters. I care to do my part in making a difference in the world and I understand that this work begins by healing from within.

How I show up for myself is the seed from which my impact grows. Offering my best to the world making a positive impact, and living a life of meaning all depend on my commitment to conscious living.

A bit about me

My name is Taraneh (she/her) and I am an Iranian-Canadian immigrant settler who takes an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed approach to supporting my clients in overcoming personal and collective obstacles rooted in systems of capitalism, colonialism and hetero-patriachy. I am keen to support members of my community, people of the global majority and LGBTQ2+ folks.

I am deeply passionate about creating spaces for people to be at peace with the full range of human experiences. I am comfortable with silence, tears, calling people out on self-sabotaging behaviour, and guiding them to a more supportive way of responding to the world's challenges. You can count on me to speak with compassionate candour and to have a low threshold for people BS-ing themselves. I bring a balance of spirituality and sass to every interaction I have and it is common for people to cry and laugh with me in a single conversation.

Taraneh’s facilitation is seamless, apparently effortless, and met each participant exactly where they were at. I highly recommend her facilitation for any team.

Thank you, Taraneh, for always showing up, for giving me space, for challenging me, for inspiring me, and most importantly, for seeing me.
