If you are someone who has low self-esteem or skewed self-image, who has battled eating disorders and/or body dysmorphia, who is in recovery from eating disorders and/or body dysmorphia but who’s life is not currently at risk due to this experience, or perhaps most simply put, if you are someone who lives in the modern world, and would love to say they love their body and themselves, but find themselves in deep internal critique or repeated negative self-talk or self-sabotaging behaviour, this program was designed for you.
